The 15th annual New England Resident Services Coordinators (NERSC) conference was held last week in Brewster, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. The conference drew record attendance with more than 400 participants, even from outside New England. Conference photos are available on the NERSC website.
VHFA helped sponsor the conference, along with many of our Vermont statewide partners including Maloney Properties, Dousevicz, Housing Vermont, Vermont State Housing Authority, Vermont Resident Service Coordinators, Cathedral Square Corporation, Julow & Weltin PLC, and Vermont Housing Managers Association.
