Central Vermont Community Land Trust (CVCLT) is looking for a new Executive Director with a strong commitment to affordable housing.
Based in Barre, this non-profit, mission-driven organization provides affordable housing, property management, homebuyer education, lending, and community development services to communities in Central Vermont.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Program administration and development
- Fiscal management
- Supervision of program managers and staff
- Board development
- Community partnerships and relations
Experience in a leadership role in a non-profit, community and/or housing development organization is desired.
