Doug Hoffer is a research and policy analysis consultant, based in Burlington. His clients have included the Vermont State Auditor's office, the Burlington Community and Economic Development Office, the Vermont State Treasurer's Office, the Vermont Council on Rural Development, the Vermont Housing Council, the Public Assets Institute, the Peace and Justice Center, and the Town of Fair Haven.
He's served on several boards and commissions, including the Vermont Community Reinvestment Association, the Burlington Community Banking Council, and the Burlington Board of Electric Commissioners.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College and a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and Jurisprudence.
Doug will be presenting at the conference as part of the The Economy and Housing workshop.
