Catherine Lange (she/her) of Burlington has joined VHFA in the role of Multi-Family Building & Design Analyst.
Lange recently graduated from UVM with an MBA in Sustainable Innovation. She previously worked as an Associate Principal for Freeman French Freeman Architecture and an Architectural Designer for Scott + Partner Architects. She is an Architect with LEED AP Building Design + Construction certification and has extensive experience working on projects in Vermont, including some VHFA-financed projects!
“She will be a great source of knowledge in this role as she supports VHFA in ensuring compliance with state, federal, and best practices for building standards,” explained Megan Roush, VHFA’s Director of Housing Development. “During her first two weeks, she hit the ground running by helping to make updates to the draft 2026-2027 Qualified Allocation Plan, and we look forward to seeing all the things she will accomplish as she grows into her role.”
