VHFA works with the 3 Program Administrators who determine eligibility for home energy and weatherization projects through WRAP. They will work with you to review your project eligibility, connect you with contractors to complete a no-cost home energy audit, evaluate your approved project for rebates and incentives, and estimate your potential energy savings. As a financial agency, VHFA works behind the scenes with these Program Administrators to finance approved projects (VHFA does not work directly with WRAP participants). Vermont homeowners and renters should contact a Program Administrator listed below to determine eligibility for WRAP.

Participating Utilities: Currently, only homes that are serviced by Burlington Electric Department, Green Mountain Power, Ludlow Electric, Vermont Electric Coop or Vermont Gas Systems can participate in the monthly billing program.
