2024 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference Speaker

Sarah Phillips leads lending for affordable housing development and nonprofits as the Director of Housing & Community Facilities for the Vermont Community Loan Fund, a statewide mission-based alternative community lender. In her role, she provides flexible capital solutions to help projects and organizations access the resources needed to succeed. Prior, she directed the Office of Economic Opportunity at the Agency of Human Services, where she oversaw funding for home weatherization, homelessness assistance and community action agencies. She is the board chair for the Housing & Homeless Alliance of Vermont. Sarah and her family raise goats and grow berries on their farm in Marshfield.
