Supporters of a proposed housing development in Shelburne are holding a rally in advance of tonight's Shelburne Development Review Board (DRB) meeting.

The proposal would replace the Shelburnewood Mobile Home Park with a mix of affordable, work-place and market-rate housing, including senior housing.

Residents of Milton, Shelburne, South Burlington, Richmond  and Williston qualify for a free home energy visit this summer.

The Vermont Green Building Network (VGBN) and the Vermont Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIAVT) is presenting "Deep Energy Retrofits," a workshop for builders, architects and others, June 19 in Montpelier.

As a follow up to the "Toward Net-Zero Energy Homes" series, this workshop will focus on the deep energy retrofits of homes and other building types.
