The ECOS (Environment, Community, Opportunity, & Sustainability) Project (www.ecosproject.com) includes municipalities, the State and a large number of organizations working to improve our community’s most important planning documents and implement the highest priority actions.  The first phase of the ECOS Project is to review and improve the draft goals.
