HUD is seeking applicants for the Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities Program. This program aims to expand the supply of integrated affordable housing by providing Capital Advance funding for the development of permanent supportive rental housing for very-low-income persons with disabilities who are 18 years of age or older and less than 62 years of age at entry.

Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) announced it received $7.5 million for housing through a federal award and a generous philanthropic donation.
