The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston has signed on as the latest sponsor of the 2010 Vermont Statewide Housing Conference, coming to Burlington Nov. 18.

Ludy Biddle, Executive Director of NeighborWorks of Western Vermont in West Rutland, published a piece in this weekend's Rutland Herald explaining the importance of foreclosure counseling.
