An article in yesterday's Valley News takes a look at the tight rental market in the Lebanon/White River Junction area.

“The rental market is really tight,” Upper Valley Housing Coalition Executive Director Anne Duncan Cooley says in the article. “The prices are going up and the supply is tighter and tighter.”

VHFA has listed for sale a home at 41 Country Way, Barre. The price for the three-bedroom, two-bath house is $100,000, after a $75,000 grant.

Ann-Marie Plank was the fourth winner in VHFA’s “Five-Week Wellness Challenge.”

Ann-Marie was selected at random from all staff members who participated in Week #4 of the challenge to receive a gift certificate from Steven and Burns.

The Windham Housing Trust in Brattleboro has changed its name to Windham and Windsor Housing Trust.

The change took effect May 1.
