Keynote Speaker Shane Phillips 

• Shane Phillips is Manager of the Randall Lewis Housing Initiative at the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies and author of "The Affordable City." He also produces and hosts UCLA's Housing Voice podcast that translates policy-relevant research for a non-academic audience. Phillips has shared his insights with audiences throughout North America and is excited to share his knowledge with attendees.
