Richmond Terrace, a 16-unit affordable rental housing complex for seniors, was awarded the Major Renovation Honor award from Efficiency Vermont last week. The complex underwent a deep energy retrofit and capital improvement program in 2014.

Mittens stuffed and delivered!
Last Thursday, VHFA staff stuffed many pairs of hats, mittens and gloves with yummy holiday candy that were then sent on their way to the children of the Sara Holbrook Youth Center.
The Sara Holbrook Youth Center has helped over 650 children by providing low-income families with educational and recreational programs.
Services for Terry McNight set for Thursday, December 4
Terry McNight, long-time Executive Director of the Addison County Community Trust (ACCT), suffered a fatal heart attack on Saturday. Viewing and visiting hours will be on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 4 to 7 PM, with a prayer service and time for sharing of memories at 6:30 pm at Ready Funeral & Cremation Service South Chapel, 261 Shelburne Rd.
